Who I Am

I started my career as professional violin maker after having graduated the International School of Violin Maker ‘Antonio Stradivari’.

Throughout my working life I continued to visit the most celebrated master violin maker in order to increase my knowledge and research the artistic character which, today, is visible in my instruments.

At the age of 28 I organized seminars for musicians in various Italian Academies. One of the seminars I organized at the prestigious Julliard School of Music in New York. I concentrated on the history and technical construction methods and had a great deal of success. I enjoyed the interaction with the musicians very much.

Over the years I have participated at many venues and exhibitions. In particular in Asia where the musical and artistic culture are intertwined as one.

Whenever I went to New York I sought out the possibility to see and touch master pieces built by Stradivari, Amati and Guarneri which was possible only due to the gracious help of Mr. Bruno Price who, to this day, I am very grateful.

My artistic development is not only due to the many positive experiences, life at times has sad and painful moments in store which I had to conquer which have had a profound influence on my character and are ingrained in my instruments.

My passions in life are good vine, Zacapa, Glemorangie, cooking, bread making and play the guitar. I also love motorbikes, Rock Music, Metal and Classical Music.

I am a person like everyone else and, like everyone else I love the things that touch the heart.
